Description
This is a small mod for the Sars 3.01 UI that turns the group bar HORIZONTAL.

He said it fits best on 1280x1024, and he's right. I run 1024x768 and the group window was always in the way. This lets me put it along the top of my chat windows, and the UI fits great on 1024x768.

This isn't tested with any other Sars UI, but it should work with 3.0 just fine.
