long overdue upgrade, should work with all recent changes

NOW UNDER TALEISINs CONTROL

I hope this helps all those who have eye strain when useing the UI.

(warning) I do not recommend useing this selector in 800x600 unless you really like the selector window, I even dont recommend 1024x768
