Adds a celtic themed border template that can be used in your UI.

Extract all files to your custom ui folder (ie C:\Program Files\EverQuest\uifiles\mortis\)
If you are adding this to another mod, extract all but the EQUI.xml file and add the following line to your EQUI.xml file:

<Include>MOD_Animations.xml</Include>
<Include>MOD_Templates.xml</Include>
