This was done using warriorofmight's patched inventory window as a base, thanks to him for doing that =)

First I shrunk the class animation to make room. Then I moved the 6 buttons up so there was room for the primary and secondary slots to move to. Moved them and then added the two bags and rearranged them so they are in the right order. In the picture bag 1 is in the upper left corner and bag 10 is in the lower right.

Added the Loyalty stuff to the Alt. Currency tab. This was a blatant copy and paste from the default UI, I just moved it to the space that was available.

I'm not very good with XML but, it works.

I would be willing to take on the hotkey window to add the two bag slots and to fix the bag sizes if people want me to.
