Based on the Animated Rune target rings, with a few modifications to make it clearer on virtually all floor types. Please note that the file size is significant once unzipped (3 MBs or so). Ring dedicated, to my wife, Allyssia 
Unzip the file into your custom UI directory, and make certain that you select "Use folder names" box, otherwise the files will not be properly placed (all .tga files should go into their /target subdirectory).
Not included in the zip file are the default Marker files (I am unaware of whether you actually need them to be in the custom UI directory or not, but you can fix that on your own easily)

I'd like to know this as well. I've been using this target ring for a long time, and would like to continue using it with the new expansion. |

Since it appears they are changing the con colors will this ring get updated? Is the original author still running around here?

Very nice, works perfectly. One slight thing maybe slow down the spin of the rings if its possible.
