This is an overhaul of the UI, I don't like the filigree stuff. Primarily just changing borders and what not. It has the graphics from this original file:

The inventory window is modified to have open bags, and removed a few windows. Have not been able to track down where I got the Bag tab.

Some windows, like the Chat windows, you will need change Window > Background > Tint Color from the default Black color to White and maybe need to click Texture in order to change the background of the windows.

I did try to get each window changed from the default, but may have missed a few. Please let me know if I did miss something, or if there are any issues with the UI in general. I'm not a coder, but I can/will try to fix them.
