Trimmed chat window

This is a chat window with borders and title bar removed, making it compact and uncluttered. But it can still be dragged, resized, minimized, and such.

Removes the light grey border from around the chat output window (that's easy).
Removes the light grey border from around the chat input window (not so easy).
Removes the titlebar but the window can still be minimized, or moved by clicking on the top edge.
Removes the borders but the window can still be resized by dragging other three edges.

Works best at a height of 201 or 370, so you can switch between chatfontsize 1,2,3, and 4 without ever having the top line of text cut in half. Should be compatible with all other mods.
