This was originally from Marcin, moded further by Fangarr, a very nice and small buff slot window (sorry I only did the buffs, not the short duration spell effects, but if you'd like to get a matching short duration window, Fang's does just fine (look up fangarr on EQI).

The spell icons are small and generally use as little space as possible. I put in the numbers in a visible spot.

This window is intended for people who are used to filling up their buff slots and need to keep an eye on the final open spots (or those who like to keep their buffs in a certain order)

I have provided 3 files, one with 15, 20 and 25 slots (I hate having to give extra space to abilities I can't use).
