HeHe, i Was making a Necro UI awile ago. Made Guages just like those. Bones. I never got it working and later scraped the project.
Good job on the UI. Nice to see more Evil uis poping up.

Not bad
After finally setting it up... few things
1. The spell bar is way to long... really hard to kite when I have to move my curser all the way across the screen.
2. player window is right but... my chars name (disembowel)is 10 letters long and overlaps my hitpoints.
3. the pet window would be even sweeter if it was adjustable on the buffs part. God knows Spooky only usually has up 2-5 buffs up.
4. main chat window background kicks ass
5. Buff window is just way to long. Love the spell gems though. Does cut into option menu though at 1024x768 resolution
6. the main option window with the cut away for FPS = sweet!
Overall I give it a 7/10
