Fixed to work with TSS. (Con on TOT does not work)
Not really sure why, but target con works fine. please feel free to use it as you see fit.

Didn't work for me
Welp, had the same problem with these 2 windows that I did with the j_bar ones that I downloaded a long time ago. If I put these into my custom UI folder and loadskin to that folder, it'll think about it for a while, then load up the default UI. If I use that folder with just the player window mod, all is good.
