Target Rings and the Levels of Difficulty

Description
Well I know I have alot of other Target Rings I must finish. Concidering how many guild rings I must do. But I know there are some out there that would love their own that are not in guilds. Well I thought this one would be nice for those who play magic users. But either way weither you are playing a Magic user or not enjoy these target rings and enjoy the game. Oh and by the way, please do not distribute my work as your own. You want something made then let me know and I will see what I can do.

Color - Element

UI not changing in same zone

Just Need to zone after loading the custom UI with these new rings in it. Then you will see them change.

You need to make sure that you export the files straight into the folder then reload the UI that your using. Or make sure that when it asks you to overwrite the existing file you click ok. Because just adding the files and then playing will not work. You need to re-load. Let me know if that works.

I am personally not very fond of the rotating rings, so I'm quite happy with these static ones. I've been using them these past few days, and of all the target rings I've tried, these are my favorite so far. I have noticed for some of the designs, mainly the lightning and dark void of the red ring, that they don't seem to form a very good seamless circle especially compared to the other designs. With the red and white patterns, you can tell when the strip ends. I think it'd be nicer if that could be touched up a bit, but other than that I really like these rings.

Well....Someone came up to me about making these target rings roate cause static is just to plain. Well I have no problem making them rotate. But the proble here is my images are long strips. The usal ones that are animated are squared and small. So if anyone knows how I can make these rotate while keeping the long strips please let me know. And thankyou for everyone who is supporting my graphics and enjoy the hard work I put into these.
