Did you view the screenshots? As I showed in the screenshots, the casting guage works fine on my system. So I'm not sure what the problem is you're having but the way it was written and setup, it should work.

When I DL'd it the following wasn't there
Layovers weren't there (group window or target)
combat timer and spell timer still not working.
