Simply upzip the content of this folder into an existing UI that you wish to mod the Spell Bar and target windows on. Or create a new folder under your
C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\uifiles
Directory, and unzip the contents of this .ZIP file into that folder. and load it once in game.
