Combat Windows

Description

Updated Pet and Target Window for spacing of Aggro meter.

Updated the Combat Ability Window -
-- By default it will be the Minimal_with_StopDisc_HB5HB1. This is just the Combat Abilities Header with Skill being used, gauge of endurance, number of endurance and Stop hotkey from Hotbar5 Button 1
-- You can change this to StopDisc_HB5B1 and it will be the Same Header and readings, just with the original 8 Combat hot buttons attached.

Added in an optional CastSpellWnd_Clean.xml -
