Bank Window, All Slots, No Tabs for TBS

Description

This is a TBS fix for Danoris' Bank window that shows all bank slots without tabs.

Changes I made:
1) Corrected the shifted slot positions to work with The Buried Sea expansion
2) Shuffled the [Change], [Auto Bank], and [Shroud] buttons around to suit my needs better.
