This is an original mod as I got tired of having to move around to see past the target window, I removed the border, and made it transparent, along with adding the % onto it. All you have to do is unzip this file into your UI folder and reload the UI. If you are not in game all you have to do is unzip this file into your UI folder and log on. Be aware that this window is a little bit tricky to move around BUT it can be done, just place your mouse cursor onto the target window and wait for it to turn into a + sign before moving, you will most likely want to target something before doing this as it makes it easier.
