Since I'm impatient and wanted to be ready for the Serpent Spine launce I took it upon myself to mod this nice rotating targeting ring originally uploaded by Ariania in 2004. Its set to use the new Serpent's Spine con color system.
Hopefully I'm not stepping on her toes by uploading this, but its too nice to let it get outdated.  |

I believe if you open the TargetIndicator.ini and remove everything after the following it will work just fine:
[Deadly]
Texture=arianiar
TwistFactor=1.0
TwistSpeed=0
FrameCount=10
Duration=100
TextureScale=.3
TextureSpeed=0.000
ScaleMin=0.5
ScaleMax=1.5
ScaleSpeed=1.0
Alpha=255
Red=255
Green=255
Blue=255
All of the stuff after that is duplicated in the TGA files. Also you have to logout to char select screen to update a targeting ring - doing a UI reload will not do it.
