Here's an update of my previous mouse pointer.
This one is prettier and can be set to different size because of the high res of the tga file.
I recommand to use the 64x64 size as in the readme.txt but you can use the size you want. (no need to resize the tga file, the game - directX - will do that for us basing on the value you used in the EQUI_Animations.xml file)
