Circle Cursor v1.0 (blue and yellow)

This is an attempt at making a cursor that is more visible in the often crowded and very disruptive situations we can find ourselves in in eq. At times I'd find myself loosing the cursor completely.

Hopefully at the same time this cursor is both visible yet unobtrusive.

Included in the zip is a readme file with installation instructions.
