Description: This bar is for higher resolutions. I increased the size of the button and increased the font so they are easy to read for blind people like me. I also changed the button backgrounds to be a solid black to make them easier to read. The 4th bar is not pictured, but it's the same as hotkey bar 2 and 3. If you like the hotkey bar, but want the default grey colors on the buttons, then simply do NOT move the window pieces tga files into your directory...
