This buff window does it slightly differently: https://www.eqinterface.com/downloa...nfo.php?id=6885
They actually do a better job than mine (https://www.eqinterface.com/downloa...fo.php?id=5945). But it is larger (takes up slightly more of the screen), which is why I'm not switching to it. |

I am having the same problem with the UI that I have used for years now. The names of the buffs dont line up with the gem like it used to be. Now in order for them to work they have to be either on the top of the screen or the bottom of the screen and you cant adjust them. I thought they might be locked but they are not. May have to find a different UI so I can still keep the buffs on the left side of the screen |

i edited a long time ago bud, not sure what i changed, but i can probably take look and see what's different between yours and mine.'' Edit: ok looked into both of our's seems there are minor difference (am thinking i got this from someone and didn't edit) nothing that should make the buff's act different. but what i found out is that your buff's are actually lining up like right column is 1 - 21 and left side is 22 - 42. im not sure why but mine works correctly on Test but dose the same thing on live. maybe some hardcoding mechanic's going on? ill keep digging into it if ya want me to. unless ya have the background changed to line up |

Have working windows for this on the sparxx page, also other options on my discord.

With some help got 'something' working.
The staggered buffs are gone but it's as close as it's going to get. Two columns of buff icons with the buff names listed and same for the short duration buffs. |

How and or what did you do to get them to work |

There a way to get just the buff/song windows without needing to have the sparxx Ui complete? When I try to use just those xml files the UI breaks. Also, is there a way to set it for 15 slots (TLP)? |

Getting the icons has been shown a few times. Getting the numbers and the spell names took a lot of trial and error to get it all lined up (it'll still bug out if you resize the windows). I'd suggest just grab my UI and have a look at the code for the two windows. It's basically a case of getting all the parts to line up with the two columns of buff icons. |
Got That
Well, I figured out what I was doing wrong there. the <eqtype>500</eqtype> value has to be incremented to show the label for each buff. So, now I have things working with 42 defined labels. Not really using the new feature properly, but at least it works. :)
