Not working
 

I hate to say this, but neither 2.4 or 2.5 is working for me post patch :(

Yesterday I have downloaded Vert 2.4a Cannabis under evequest/uifiles/vert.
Then I used 2.5 patch that overwritte some files under evequest/uifiles/vert.
It's works perfectly :D

Some slots of inventory and equipment appear in hot key window.
Is it possible to change them easily?
For example the face and shoulder slot are not usefull for me.
My instacast items can be in inventory, finger, hands a/o weapon slots.

There is a folder when you extracat Vert2.4a. The name is CCake and you can change the inventory window in hotbutton window :)

I am having some trouble.

I was using Vert Cann 2.3.

I had a freind send me the file for 2.5 for the patch fixes. It didn't work.

So I downloaded Vert Cann 2.4a and then copied the files from 2.5 and let it overwrite. Now I have non of my inventory/Hotkey that I had before the patch. :(

My spell window is not what it was, and same goes with my buff window.

Please Help or instructed

for some reason, some of the features do not seem to work correctly, manly the journal and more importantly the maps!

I tried to transfer the map section from the default to Vert file but this is not working either.

Then i noticed that since 2.2, you have not updated the EQUI.XML for a while now and that when you goto d/l any of the Verts, this file is oddly missing.

Also i am getting the following EQUI Errors:

Heya love the mod, have now installed all the updates and for some reason i actually cant get any of the new items to work, the map guild tool, lfg tool. I have the icons when loaded in, I do own LoY and have already built a frog could ya post if im just being silly and totally missing somethng please...thanks for your hlep

Just unzip 2.4 into a fresh folder. Copy the corresponding files from the 2.5 update over and it really should work.

I once saw a vert mod that put the cast time in the chat window. Any clue where I can find that?

I used Vert 2.4a Neptune before the patch. I downloaded the 2.5 patch, the small Hot Button box and the horizontal spell bar. Applied the 2 little mods, the 2.5 patch as instructed (overwriting all files that needed to be), and then copied the files from the 2.5 Neptune folder to my UI folder.

Everything worked great, that I tried. Spellbook, inventory, spell bar (with an extra casting bar now :rolleyes: ), hot buttons, chat, pet window, and the LFG tool. I did not try the MP3 player, Maps, Trader mode, Bazaar searching or banking.

The colors seem a bt darker now, even after upping the Gamma setting. I'll try it some more tonight and see if the other functions work.

You're not supposed to use an "outdated EQUI.xml". The file is missing on purpose. It was left out so EQ would be forced use the default one. If you copied an old EQUI file into your vert folder that would most likely be the reason why some feaures aren't working.

Try to make another fresh copy of vert using 2.4a and the 2.5 patch as suggested. Don't add any other files to the mix, especially not an old EQUI.xml file. EQ will add what it needs when it loads the skin in game.

Yes, I know it's what others have said but really, I do hope it works for you. Just a reminder to never copy the files from the Default folder into a custom skin folder by yourself, you'd be suprised at the problems it can cause down the line.

Further to my previous post 2.5 is working with LoY, turns out the problem is with the PC (it wont load any UI and crashes to desktop all the time), my other PC runs 2.5 and EQ fine.

One comment though, no LFG button?

The LFG button, for me, is in the upper left hand corner of the Group window. It is a bit hard to notice unless you know where to find it. I could not find the Disband and Invite buttons for a while either (in the upper right hand corner :)).

I love this UI, but is an updated horizontal HB available with charm slot?
