One bug was found by Maj. The Containers do not work with the new bag system, so delete the EQUI_Containers.xml - Vert33 will have that gone. I will rebuild these later to include the iconic "Done" button at the bottom and maybe be about 25-50% smaller.

The buff window also has a bug in likes 26-30 I think it is. Use the buff window previously offered by Klus

Anyone able to upgrade Vert for this current patch would sure be much appreciated.. I sure miss using it.

You can try to download the animations.zip and temples.xml from the first posting. Maybe it helps.

yea not working. quick fix thread isn't working either. man I hate updates...using another UI or EQ's UI is so annoying.

This guy still updates a vert UI. I used to run Cannabis forever, but switched the this guys. Just check it, I bet within a day or two he has it running.

Go, try the files in posting #4. These are all my files I use.

Just create a new UI folder and unzip the files in there and try.

Yes, works now... But I really liked the old hotbar window. :(

I fixed my ui so it loads now but the hotbar window is all messed up... not sure if I can fix it to use the old style.

Saved me some time to fix it myself.

I also miss the old hotbar. But what i did was that i just get another one next to it and populated the buttons with my inv slots. So now it looks almost the same as the old :)

Greetings. Just a wishful request. But is anyone able to update Vert. I've used it for many years now and after the December 14 Everquest patch yesterday mine no longer works. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks Aurelio but its a no go. I went to the file you stated, but I have windows vista and with all its permissions I'm unable to add to that string. Guess I should upgrade my system. Vista has always been a headache for me.

Well, I guess you need adminstator rights, when you edit the file.

Maybe attach your xml here and someone else can do the change for you. Then you only need to exchange the file.

I finally got it to stick. I got the necessary admin permissions and it went through. I love my pc, but vista is an abomination. Much appreciated for your help Aurelio.

Not sure if anyone checks this anymore to see if Vert is updated, but, at the request of a friend I temporarily came back from retirement to update it.

It LOADS and all the icons are correct. Those are the most important thing, no? As far as ALL new features working... I can't guarantee that. He requested that it "load, and I want to be able to see my items." So that's what you get :p
