Vert UI Copy Layout

I wanted to try Vert UI because it looks great. I loaded in the skin, now I'm wondering if there is an easy way to copy the layout, or do I have to manually adjust all the windows to look like the picture here?

For the most part you're going to need to do the setup yourself. Everyone likes things a little different and screen resolutions vary widely.
