at the moment *grin*

1. Let us move the 'attacking' border to other windows (and maybe change its colour)

2. Let us move the new target con colour box to other windows.

Thats it for now.

(I have a nice player window that has everything I need from player/target/group windows in it, but I can't add the new con box :(
