very nice and clean looking Laroden, am I safe to assume the orange bars in the border is just part of the art, or are they a function?

Thanks for the compliment :) As for the orange bars, I originally planned them to be part of the artwork, but I'm thinkin about maybe making them a sure part of where you can click and move the windows around.
