missing uifiles folder

Hi, I just had to re-install and now I don't have the uifiles folder. I tried creating my own but couldn't get any custom ui's to load. Any adivice on what to do would be very helpful.

There has to be a UI folder with the default folder inside it. Check to be sure that you don't have 2 EQ directories.
