suggestions please

i have had several eye surgeries since playing EQ 20 years ago. can anyone suggest a UI that the letters are a little bigger or further apart? i cant just keep downloading and testing them all. i'd like any suggestions please

I can't suggest a UI but have you tried increasing the size of the text in your chatboxes by typing /chatfontsize 3
and increase the number until the size works for you?
My other suggestion is trying out different fonts available in the options tab too.
