Friend List

How hard would it be to make a friends list ot where when your friends show up in your list the names are hilighted. I am tired of doing /who friends all or having to click the friends list and then who. If I just put my friends list up in the corner I could scroll and who ever is hilighted would be on and who is not is not hilighted.

Can someone make something like this.
