Applying Downloaded Skin
 

I downloaded Sylk's Beastlord Skin and it doesn't have a mod.. (I don't know who else may have looked at it). Now I can't figure out how to put the new images in the UI...

Can anyone help? I also Downloaded EQUI_Tracking and that has the xml files, how do I apply that stuff? And the maps?? I know, wrong forum for these last few, but I don't want to post multiple times if I don't have to.
