need help

running 1280x1024 on a 17 inch monitor and i need help changing the text size in my windows like the text in my hotbuttons is a bit small, any way to up the text size like chatfontsize but for all windows

No there isn't, but you could try changing the font. Some fonts are a little larger or bolder and easier to see than others. Expirememnt a little you might find one that works for you.

i tried all the fonts on my PC at moment, is there a way i can get more?

There are zillions of fonts available on the web, either for purchase, or free. Fire up Google and search for True-Type Fonts and free.... You'll get enough hits to keep you happy for a lifetime.
