OCB & OCB Melee Patch for June 11

OCB and OCB Melee patch03 June 2003

This patch is suitable for both OCB and OCB_Melee
There are three files that need to be relaced:
EQUI_HelpWnd.xml
EQUIOptionsWindow.xml
EQUI_BigbankWnd.xml
Just extract them into your folder containing OCB and/or OCB_Melee and overwrite the old files.
