Coming AA descriptions

These were taken from the Test Server, or so he says. I haven't double checked the command myself, but I see no reason not to believe him... so I'm posting the link :)

Most notable to modders:

ALL classes :

Description: This ability increases the number of mystical effects that can affect you at once by 1 per rank.

CASTER classes :

Description: This ability gives you an additional spell slot so you can memorize an additional spell.

Secondary bind points and group port to wizard's bind point are two things that I have mentioned here as things I would like to see in the game for wizards. Looks like SOE is listening a little better. I just hope that most of these get to the live server without breaking anything.
