changing name setup

I am curious if there is anyway to change your player name to <first name, last name> rather than the stacked version we have always had.

It seems this would save alot of space in the player window box if it could be done; but I cannot find any text or coding that represents your player name; so if anyone knows how to do it or if it can even be done, I would love to know.

Hmmmm

Seems to me youd save space by getting rid of the name altogether, and instead, just KNOWING it. Maybe put something useful in its place....

...like a picture of a hotdog.

I like seeing my name. I sometimes forget who I am.

Gee, thanks. All that is just so incredibly useful.

Now, if anyone has any useful ideas on how to do this if it can be done, I would appreciate a sensible reply.

I can work the coding quite a bit, but I cannot find a way to alter the name setup. It is easy to resize the window to get rid of it, but I am just curious where or how you can change the appearance of the name, itself.

Not good news I'm afraid. The players name is hard coded to the HP bar, about the only thing you can adjust is its' offset from the bar. If saving space is what your after you could remove the name (by having a negative offset) and place the Name Label in its place. The only bad part about that is the Name Label doesn't have your characters surname in it at all.
