Simple Bubble Gauges

This is a simple bubble gauge compatible with the default gauge sizes.

-Removed grey background clutter.
-Enlarged height by 4 pixels.
-Shortened length by 7 pixels.

*Gauges are easier to see.
*Can be used with any UI without background clutter and interference.
