Need help: Target window not showing buffs, debuffs or dots etc

Hi. I've been using an old Emil target window which I really like however, after being away from eq since about March due to work etc I find the window is no longer showing buffs, debuffs or dots. Everything else works, just they did something to change how buffs were coded.

If anyone can fix this for me or give me some tips on how to fix it, I would be eternally grateful.

Fixed the buffs for you. Hope you have some kind of custom color con box, because it looks bad for me.

Yes i do. Thank you so much :).
Its just a simple no frills solid color bars for Hp (red) Mana (blue) etc
