*Target Ring not working
 

I made one for myself a bit ago, it worked fine, I then made this one, it does not work, it loads the default ring whenever I try and get it to work... What am I doing wrong? I did exactly what I did to make the other ring, but this one does not work...

I got a design I wanted, put it in a 256.256 black square, saved it as TargetIndicator.tga; threw it into my custom folder, works. :D

However I did the exact same thing with this one and it doesn't work, any ideas? :confused:
