Been looking for ages

A long time ago, I stumbled across a screenshot of a UI, with a player "bar" which caught my interest. It was a typical melee health bar - looong, red and with the current/total HP in green numbers above. Smooth looking, minimalistic and perfect for my warrior. Sadly, I can't seem to find it anywhere :confused:

Does anyone know which one it is? It took up a large portion of the screen width as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
