WindowDrawTemplate using tint instead of texture?

I would like my windows to use an rgb tint instead of a texture. Is this possible? The <background> element of WindowDrawTemplate wants a texture item.

You can't do that BUT you can make a one pixel big texture file with the color you want and set that as the background.
