Semi Transparent Black BG image
 

Hello
Would someone with know how and access to a Image editor please either create for me a clean semi-transparent black background, or possibly edit the included images to be a little less transparent. I have downloaded the photoimpact8 trial version and tried to do this myself..but I am lost. :(

and Lunakin was kind enough to give it a shot, but I noticed that using those tgas that there are visible rows of tiny black dots especially noticable in the chat windows.

Your help is greatly appreciated
