OK, this is retarded. U can't even open a ticket unless it matches some article search bullcrap and then, when you open the article it crashes your system. Sony, whatever else you do, go back to /petition complaint. It worked, if it isn't broken don't fix it.

Funny thing is probably 90% of the people that play the game would say the old petition system was VERY broken. You are the first person I heard of it crashing their system, but I agree that would be a big problem. Regardless, this is a step in the right direction and lets not complain about GOOD things.
