Etasi UI v2 and v3 - June/July updates
 

Some of these changes are a bit late in coming, but I've updated the Raid window, Leadership window, Container window, Player window, and Pet window (my stats window) to reflect the changes made to these windows in June and July. Most important is the addition of current/max mana and endurance numbers.
