Detrimental Spells and Beneficial Spells
 

Hello. I am wondering if it's possible to Have the detrimental spells cast on me show up in a different area than the beneficial spells cast on me. For example having beneficial spells show up on the right and detrimental spell cast on me show up on the left side of my screen?

The buff elements are filled in sequential order in whatever slot is available. That behavior is hard-coded into that window. So, to answer your question, no, the UI will not allow you to control that.
