Need help with playerwindow...

Can someone please help me? All I want is the pet HP gauge bar added to the playerwindow, so it would look like this...

Player Name
Player HP Gauge Bar
Player Mana Gauge Bar
Player Stamana Gauge Bar
Pet Name
Pet HP Gauge Bar

If someone would be so kind as to please make this for me, I would be very greatful.
