Spellbook Will Not Complete Mem of Spell
 

I created a spellbook by modifying the default spellbook.

The new spellbook does start mem'ing the spell however it never completes it. I have verified all the settings and they are the same as the default spellbook (except the loc, size).

Any ideas?

Any chance you changed some of the numbers with "replace all" and swapped an empty spot with a memorized slot? Have you tried memorizing a spell with a level 1 character?
