SonaMods: PreLoY with ttInventory and PlayerWindow
 

Update;
Player window is now target
Target is now Player
Charm is added but plain SoE square from windows_Pieces04
INI is included for making the cinematic ViewportUI
guages are fixed post Feb6 and work post Feb7

Will update and clean up after LoY is live.
Pic Inserts in Inventory and Player window (target_Wnd) are now full rounds...you must replace graphics and files.
