Window disappearing

I have my friends window setup for a quick swap inventory and wish the window wouldn't go away everytime I zone or log on/off. I've gone through the whole file to find the problem that is causing my windows to disappear and can't find anything in it.

Any suggestions about how to get it fixed?

It isn't doing anything wrong. That is a window that is coded by SOE to *not* stay open at all times. No way for us to change it. Sorry. =/
