Buff window w/o graphics only text

How do you change your buff window to show only the name of the buff and have no icon? I have tried different things and none of them have worked.

Also, whould the same changes apply to the SD buff window?

Set the:

<DecalSize>
<CX>40</CX>
<CY>40</CY>
</DecalSize>

to 0. And yes, the same would work for the Short Duration buff window.
