Modified Group Window to 6 People
 

I've been working on modding grpwindow-squares(loy fixed).zip to allow for the player to be included at the top.

As a cleric, this is the best one I've found to let you know when a group members life is low, and as a cleric I find myself forgetting my own life quite a bit. Hence, this combination.

I've got some wierd things though. I had to create a 6th version of everything, and for some reason the last grouper's pet bar is showing all the time, can't figure out why.

It's almost as if there is something covering most of the window, except what you explicitly tell it not to. Like a background covering up labels and things. Why do I think this? Well, pet bars 1-5 don't show up, and if you fix the xml file to be compliant with the patches (i.e. stick those hp percentages in there) 1-5 of those don't show up either.

I wanted to attach a screen shot, but you can't attach more than one file, and I need to attach the tga file. (tga file is zipped to allow posting)

Anyone got any ideas?

Try this one.
I loaded it in EQ and it didn't cause any errors. It seems to be fine to me. Tell me if there is any other tweaks you need. I'll be glad to help.

Thanks for the help! It appears to be working fine now, but I'm getting that dumb "Your files aren't compliant with current Everquest juju . . . ." message that comes up at the beginning.

Usually that means you need to add in those special entries to make it love you, but I checked; you've already put those in!

So, if that's not the problem, any idea what is? I can live with that message everytime I zone if I have to. But it's rather annoying.

P.S. I downloaded a copy of XMLSpy b/c I saw it was what you had used. Now that's a handy tool!

and add

<Pieces>GW_HPPercLabel4</Pieces>
<Pieces>GW_HPPercLabel5</Pieces>

This is exactly what I was looking for...

I had to make a change for the FOLLOW button to show after an invite, but that was no problem. What I can't seem to fix is my lastname showing up in my HP bar.

Any suggestions would be appreciated:D

The player hp bar comes with a full name, first and last. If you want just your first name, you should remove your name from the bar (with a TextOffsetY -50 or something) and use a separate label to display your first name only.
