mouse help
 

please need help i have found some nice mouse points and im very very new to xml changing, im playing around with photoshop 7 and have been able to change the color of most window pieces 01 / 04. but MY trouble, im having is when i change the MOUSE TGA .. i get this black squre around arrow or a get a white squre around it. when i load into game .WHY please help
